Matthew Graber is the Sales Manager for the Colorado region at TechnologyWest. He brings over a decade of experience in technical sales, account management and IT solution consulting across cloud, networking, security, colocation and enterprise IT environments. His background includes supporting organizations through modernization efforts, infrastructure transitions and technology strategy development. Matthew works directly with Colorado businesses, government entities and educational institutions to understand their operational needs and provide clear guidance in selecting solutions that align with long-term goals and reliability requirements. As a Sales Manager, he helps bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution by coordinating closely with TechnologyWest’s consultants, vendors and IT Support teams.
Responsibilities
Matthew Graber assists clients throughout Colorado with planning and evaluating physical security, cybersecurity and technology initiatives including installation, management and support of access control and camera systems, firewalls and switches, wireless networks, phone systems and audio visual projects. His responsibilities include coordinating technical assessments, preparing solution recommendations and aligning project scope with operational needs. Matthew maintains communication between clients and technical teams, ensuring each stage of the engagement is clearly defined, properly documented and executed in support of client requirements.
Professional Background
Matthew Graber began his career in customer-facing technical roles and grew into enterprise-level sales positions with companies such as IBM, Hitachi, OpsRamp, Tintri, Cogent Communications and XTRA Lease. His experience spans enterprise software, cloud platforms, data center technologies, network connectivity, managed infrastructure and security-focused environments. At IBM, Matthew worked with major VAR partners and OEMs, supporting enterprise clients across cloud, data, and hybrid IT ecosystems. At Hitachi, he supported customers using large-scale storage, virtualization and data management technologies. While working with OpsRamp, he engaged with organizations adopting monitoring, observability and IT operations management platforms. At Tintri, his work centered on virtualization, storage systems and performance-driven environments requiring precise workload management. His time at Cogent Communications strengthened his background in connectivity, colocation and network architecture, giving him experience with high-capacity internet solutions and data center strategies.
Matthew Graber has collaborated with leading technology partners including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CDW, SHI, Arrow, ConvergeOne, and Carahsoft. His work has involved supporting clients across industries such as government, education, telecommunications, finance, healthcare, manufacturing and commercial business. He has assisted organizations in planning migrations to cloud platforms, evaluating security postures, modernizing aging systems and implementing tools that improve system availability and operational continuity. Matthew Graber resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife and daughter. He enjoys skiing and ice skating in the winter plus hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and gardening in the Summer. Matthew also has two wonderful dogs who accompany him on many of his adventures around Colorado.
