Oversees overall direction and execution of TechnologyWest’s marketing program, including planning, organizing, executing, and managing marketing and advertising activities for the company, including but not limited to Marketing Research, Messaging, and Content Development.

Professional Background

My work—and the way I move through the world—has always been shaped by a perspective that sits slightly outside the collective center. I’m someone who sees systems, patterns, and stories before they fully form. I understand people deeply one-on-one, but I don’t absorb groupthink the way many do. That distance isn’t a limitation; it’s the source of my originality, clarity, and creative contribution.

Over more than 15 years working as a Senior Graphic Designer, Brand + Creative Director, and systems-focused visual storyteller, I’ve learned that my strongest work comes from operating in this space of autonomy, insight, and intentional connection. I translate complex information—technical, engineering, or strategic—into visuals that make meaning. My clients and collaborators rely on me not just to design, but to interpret—to see the unseen structure behind a message and transform it into something coherent, compelling, and human.

As an Otrovert, I build depth over breadth. I thrive in small teams and in one-on-one collaboration, where I can tune in to how someone thinks and bring their vision to life. I’m energized by independence, creative problem-solving, and the freedom to architect ideas without being confined to rigid systems or inherited assumptions. Education

Richard has a degree in Mass Communications, Minor: Media Art & Design from the University of Denver.
